People say mobile massage when they want the work at home, not in a studio. That's the session I offer. The rest of this site calls it in-home massage. Same appointment, same prices, same table.
I come within about 15 miles in San Francisco. You need enough room to walk around the table. A bed is not the table. I bring the table.
In the session
What I do
We start with a short check-in. You tell me what you want worked, and what pressure feels right. Then I work. You're draped the whole time.
I blend deep tissue, Esalen, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and Swedish into one session. If a spot already has a name, start with low back, neck and shoulders, desk posture, or post-workout recovery.
Before you book
When to see a doctor
See a doctor first for a fever, a contagious skin condition, a blood clot, chest pain, or new numbness and weakness. Massage is for muscle tightness. It is not medical care, and I don't diagnose.
