Sparsha is Sanskrit for touch. In yogic philosophy, this is the body's most immediate way of knowing: feeling before understanding. Yoga brought me here. Years of practice, of learning what it means to place your hands on someone with full presence. Service as practice, not performance. Massage is where it all landed for me.

Every session is blended and tailored to what your body needs that day, drawing on my training across the modalities below. Book a 75- or 90-minute session and we'll talk through what you need at the start.

The modalities I draw from


Swedish

Long, gliding strokes to ease tension, improve circulation, and quiet the nervous system.

Esalen

Flowing, full-body integration in the Big Sur tradition — restorative and almost meditative.

Myofascial Release

Sustained pressure on the fascia to release restrictions and unstick recurring tension.

Deep Tissue

Slow, focused work in the deeper muscle layers for chronic tightness and recovery.

Lymphatic Drainage

Light, rhythmic strokes that support lymph flow, ease swelling, and gently move stagnation.

Personal Training & Corrective Exercise

NASM-certified coaching to fix movement patterns, build strength, and train pain-free.
